WILBUR R. HESLOP JR of Martins Ferry, OH died September 13, 2018 at the age of 102. A retired funeral director, he began working alongside his father, the late Wilbur B. Heslop at Heslop Funeral Home. He became president of the firm in 1970, serving in that capacity until his son, R. Gregory took over in 1998. A 1940 graduate of the Cleveland College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Selected Independent Funeral Homes, Ohio Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
