THOMAS "TOM" C. MAXWELL of Mound, MN died March 5, 2017at the age of 74. He established Dial Caskets in the early 90's alongside his family. He also sold stationery to the funeral industry and was a representative for several companies, including Messenger, Rob-Win and Regal Line.
