SAMUEL DWIGHT CAMPBELL of Rutledge, TN and Maynardville, TN died October 16, 2016 at the age of 78. He worked alongside his wife, Dottie Looney Williams Campbell in owning and operating the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary in Maynardville. A 1961 graduate of the John A. Gupton College of Mortuary Science, he was a member of the Tennessee Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association.
