ROBERT E. "BOB" BROWN of Essex Junction, VT died February 24, 2021 at the age of 63. He was employed as a funeral director and embalmer from 1975 until 2011, serving families throughout the Vermont Catholic Diocese. In 1979 he graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with associates' degrees in both applied science and mortuary science. Brown was a member of the Vermont Funeral Directors and Embalmers Association, where he served on their executive board for twenty years and president for eight years. He was also a member of the National Funeral Directors Association where he served on the policy board.
