ROBERT CLYDE COVER of Monroe, formerly of Dun-dee, MI died November 6, 2018 at the age of 65. A licensed funeral director, he began working at Temrowski Funeral Home and later the A. H. Peters Funeral Home. In 1984, he and his wife, Cheryl Cover moved to Dundee and purchased what was then known as Buhl Funeral Home. He continued to own and operate Cover Funeral Home until he was diagnosed with cancer, at which time Brian and Tammy Merkle were chosen to continue their legacy of dedication and service to the Dundee community. He graduated with a degree in mortuary science from Wayne State University in 1974 and served as past president of the Michigan Funeral Directors Association.
