RICHARD C. ARMSTRONG of Seville, OH died December 8, 2019 at the age of 76. He preceded his father and grandfather in owning and operating the Armstrong Funeral Home for a combined total of over 100 years. Armstrong was a member of the Ohio Funeral Directors Association.
