LARRY DEAN MORRISON of Lexington, NC died Au-gust 22, 2020 at the age of 75. He began his career in funeral service as a teenager at Piedmont Funeral Home in Lexington, as an ambulance attendant. He later became president of the firm. For four decades, Morrison served as co-owner, corporate secretary and general manager of Davidson Funeral Home. A graduate of the John A. Gupton College of Funeral Service, he was president of the North Carolina Cremation Association and served as the district director for the North Carolina Funeral Directors Association.
