KENNETH R. "SNAKE" HOWELL of Weirton, WV died December 23, 2020 at the age of 84. A funeral director for over 50 years, he owned and operated funeral homes in Weirton and New Cumberland, WV. For the past 29 years, Howell worked at the Perman Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc in Pittsburgh, PA. He graduated from the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.
