JACK R. SCHMIDT of Chagrin Falls, OH died September 12, 2021 at the age of 81. In 1976, Jack continued his father's business, which is the National Di-rectory of Morticians (The Red Book). Jack built his legacy by hiring retired business people as salesman; of-ten times employing friends. He was always up for a good joke, with his dry humor. He had an uncanny knack of making you feel like were one of his own, whether you liked it or not.
