HARTWELL WARDELL"SKIPPER" RAGSDALE III of San Diego, CA died January 25, 2018 at the age of 64. He was a fourth generation funeral director, embalmer and owner of Anderson-Ragsdale Mortuary. He served as president of the California Funeral Directors Association from 2014 until 2015.
