DAVID READING PARKER of Kaufman, TX died November 25, 2019 at the age of 68. A funeral director and embalmer, he worked at Mathis Funeral Home in Seagoville and Anderson-Clayton Bros Funeral Home in Terrell before establishing the Parker-Ashworth Funeral Home in Kaufman in 1977. A 1972 graduate of the Dallas Institute of Mortuary Science, he was president of the East Texas Funeral Directors Association.
