Dear Margie, Jerry & Karen:

The news of Gil's passing was really sad. He was always so friendly and genuinely happy to see and greet all his friends whenever he ran into any of us.

The tender way he helped his thousands of friends navigate through the difficult times of the loss of loved ones reveals the character of a truly remarkable man.

God bless Gil, You, Jerry, Karen and the rest of your siblings/families for the wonderful memories I continue to cherish.

Dear Hanna Family, I am so sorry for your loss. He and Mary are rejoicing together. Gil always had a hug for me whenever we met. Sadly I don't get the Plain Dealer and only today I went on line and saw the news of Gil's death. I regret I didn't know a few days earlier so I could have paid my respects to all of you.
Everyone who knew Mary and Gil have wonderful memories of both of them You are all in my prayers

Knew Gil from my days at St. Luke in the 70s. He handled my Moms funeral in 92. Every time I saw him he gave me a hug. He was a true Christian gentleman and I'm sure you, his family, will miss him. But he will always be in your heart.

Peace and Good,

Gil, I will remember the day I introduced you to my wife. You said that your sister was in the state prison in Marysville. You kept that joke a long time before you admitted that she was in the convent. Bill
